Document Systems, Inc. (DSI) provides a suite of technical and user training services for all DSI products. For those customers needing additional training or customization services, DSI provides these services on either a per diem or project basis.
Technical Services
DSI product customization and/or CICS technical services are typical of the additional technical services DSI provides. DSI provides these services on either a per diem or project basis, depending on a customer’s specific needs.
Documentation and Training
DSI provides standard installation, system operation, and user documentation and training with every implementation. Customized training course development and materials can be provided on a fee-for-service basis for those customers with special training and implementation needs.
